On-Site and Remote Support

2Fifteen provides maintenance and support for the existing hardware and software including all equipment listed in the Addendum as well as installed 3rd party software and line of business applications.

We provides support and troubleshooting for remote access solutions including VPN access, remote desktop, and webmail including remote access setup of off-site company-owned computers. 2Fifteen makes its best effort to resolve as many issues as possible remotely and will come on-site in the event remote resolution is not possible.

2Fifteen Support hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday Mountain Standard Time. After-hours calls will be queued in our ticketing system and will be addressed as soon as possible on the next business day in the order they are received.

Automated Support

Through the use of 2Fifteen's remote monitoring and management software, unlimited support by these systems is provided. This includes the installation of critical updates for Windows and macOS. Automated support includes remediation for installed malware, security scans (virus, malware, spyware, and other malicious software), hardware and software auditing, and other scheduled general maintenance tasks.

2Fifteen's remote monitoring and management software monitors PCs and Macs that are powered for critical errors. Critical errors will automatically create a Service Ticket in 2Fifteen's ticket management system to be addressed by a technician or 2Fifteen's automated services which provide automatic response to resolve critical issues.

Procurement and Lifecycle Management

2Fifteen consults with you to procure, deliver, and deploy the devices that are critical for your modern business practice. This includes consulting on best practices for procurement depending on the type of system and assisting you to recommend the disposal of outdated equipment.

Technology Alignment

2Fifteen conducts monthly checks and balances against industry standards to keep your environment aligned with best practices. This allows for your environment to run efficiently and optimally.

Virtual CIO

2Fifteen provides technology alignment meetings to review on-going issues, go over upcoming project work, discuss changes in vendors, advise on best practices, create budgets and plan your technology roadmap.
